Kamera and gPhoto are now part of KDE2. You need to install a complete, current version of KDE2 to get Kamera/gPhoto. Although we are still participating in the development of this package, we no longer offer direct links to the software. For general information about KDE, take a look at http://www.kde.org/. To get a current version of KDE2, see http://www.kde.org/download.html.

Once you install KDE2, you should be able to access the kamera control panel under "Peripherals" in the KDE Control Panel.
