Roadmap

Here is a list of the current timeline that we envision.

• July 2005 - SQL backend, CRM features, synchronization with embedded devices (Zaurus and Palm)


• May 2005 - LDAP support, Datebook full featured, command line ability


• April 2005 - 1.2.1 release (Linux ,Windows and Mac OSX), our tkJabberPro plugin has been improved and it has unique features in the Instant Messaging market.


• January 2005 - 1.2.0 release (Linux ,Windows and Mac OSX), support for Kolab/Citadel (including Share Folders) groupware server


• June 2004 - 1.1.0 release (Linux ,Windows and Mac OSX), more support for Kolab groupware server


• January 2004 - 1.0.2 release (Linux and Windows), synchronization with Kolab groupware server


• August 2003 - the 1.0 release (Linux, Windows)


• March 2003 - RC2, Linux and Window versions , RSS and Weather reports and less bugs


• December 2002 - RC1, a new Whiteboard plugin and new features


• July 2002 - A new release with SSL support, the protocols are rewriten for using QT (the last big step for cross platform)


• February 2002 - A new release based on the last version of korelib, the KOrganizer plug in is available


• March 2002 - A new release with Jabber plug ins


• March 2002 - A new release with bug fixes and more features for mail protocols


• December 2001 - Completly new UI based on components, it is using only QT 3x


• September 2001 - IMAP fixes, a new component for importing mails from different formats


• August 2001 - Rudimentary support for UI components, some plug-ins via korelib (Jabber and KOrganizer)


• July 2001 - IMAP support for folders and some other fixes


• June 2001 - IMAP support for INBOX only


• March 2001 - Speed improvements, bug fixes


• January 2001 - First public beta: will include full read/write send/receive email, folder management, contact list and sticky notes
