At theKompany.com, we support a variety of licenses such as the GPL and BSD licenses. We also have our own license to cover what we think of as proprietary software. We believe in your right to protect your investment by having a copy of the source code for our products where possible, but we also believe in our right to protect our business interests. When you purchase our products that use this license, you are purchasing a license to use our products in certain ways. This is a very standard software license, the meat of which is contained in paragraph 2. This license is what allows us to distribute the source code of our products, and allows you to modify this source.

The following list summarizes your specific rights in using and distributing binary and source code of our products that are offered under the terms of this end-user license:

• One user may use the product, for each license that you purchase (additional licenses are needed for each additional concurrent user).


• You may not redistribute, sell, or rent the product.


• You may make alterations and improvements to the product source code as long as you don't try to defeat our licensing verification code or remove our copyright notices, trademark notices, and logos.


• You may not distribute any changes you make without those changes being accepted back by theKompany.com and incorporated into the Software Product.
