tkcJabber is our award winning
Jabber client for the Sharp Zaurus. If you don't know, Jabber (www.jabber.org) is an open source, XML based Instant Messaging (IM)
protocol that not only has its own server protocol, but will interface
with all the popular IM protocols such as AIM, MSN, Yahoo Chat, ICQ and
even IRC.
Our tkcJabber client has been designed to work intuitively on the Sharp
Zaurus and is easy to use. Get a wireless CF card and roam your home or
office and message with people at the same time. Never be out of touch
with your Zaurus when you have tkcJabber.

tkcJabber has the following features:
- Support for any Jabber transport such as Jabber, AIM, MSN, Yahoo Chat,ICQ, IRC

- taskbar server to notify you of messages even when tkcJabber isn't running

WinConnect Z enables the Linux-based Sharp Zaurus PDA (SL-5500) to remotely access Windows applications. This allows a Zaurus user to access their corporate email and office applications while out of the office. It does this by establishing a connection to either a Windows 2000 Server or an XP Professional desktop across a network or over the Internet.
Features: Supports RDP 5.1 for connection to Windows NT Terminal Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows XP Server, Windows XP Professional and .NET Server. Supports up to 16-bit color (XP host required). Easy-to-use interface provides menu-driven configuration. Terminal servers can be selected from a list, or pre-configured server connections. WinConnect Z can be configured to automatically connect to a terminal server, concealing the complexity of a local menu.
