tkcCalendar is an enhanced replacement to the calendar included in the
Zaurus.
We use the existing file format and remove the existing application.
This means that your original
data is preserved and there is no interruption with synchronization. Our
alarm can beep the speaker in a variety of styles as well as flash the
light if you wish (either, or). An improved 'Week Mode' view is included,
and an additional field for Events. Overall tkcCalendar is easier to use,
with more options and a more sophisticated user interface.

tkcCalendar includes the following features::
- Day/Week/Month/Year view modes
- Beam events
- Synchronization with desktop software is maintained
- Enhanced appointment information
- Repeatable events
- audio and visual alarms (blinks) to get your attention
- Pre-built and extendable categories
- KeyLeft/KeyRight - move backward/forward depending on the current view.
- KeyUp/KeyDown - select Prev/Next event in day view mode.
- Key_Space - popup menu
- Key_Enter - view event;
- View event dialog
- Customized combobox in edit dialog for Description/Location
- "years elapsed" displays for birthday and anniversary events
- Template for new event (create customized event types with custom default values like alarm, duration, etc.)

Support Note
While this application does run on the 5600/B500 and C7xx, we have not finalized the code to allow it to to synchronize with the desktop. When Sharp released the new ROMs and new devices, they changed PIM format and blocked the old sync process. There is a one way import module available, but synchronization is currently being worked on and will be released as soon as it is available.
