When you open Address Book you see a screen similar to this screen:

Button Explanation: (Top Bar, Left to Right)

1. When you click on it, your own personal information is displayed:





On the "My Personal Details" screen, there two icons on the top bar:

1. : Tap this to edit your information


2. : This enables you to send your contact information.



Tap the X in the upper right corner to close this and go back to address book.

2. Tap this to add a new contact entry:

   

   There are drop-down menus for Email addresses, Addresses, Phone #’s and Web page URL’s:

   Email Address Entry:

   

   Address Entry:

   

   Telephone # Entry:

   

   URL Entry:

   

   If you tap on the Details tab, you can enter more personal details about your contact:

   

   is for more information that doesn’t fit into any of the preset categories:

   

   Once you’ve filled in all the information, tap OK in the upper right corner to go back to the main address screen.



3. Lets you pick the view you see on the main screen:

4. Lets you change the way your entries are viewed:

   



5. : This allows you to synch with tkcCalendar for your Birthdays and Anniversaries

   The Options icon in the Mouse icon drop-down menu allows you to re-assign your tab keys, Colors and some Default settings:

   

   Note: There are 2 empty tabs at the bottom which you can customize. I assigned letters a-z on one of them, so I now have a view of all of my contacts, which I sometimes want to look at (see the bottom tab on the right):

   

   The bottom section of the main screen gives some more display options:

   Displays your contacts sorted on Name field (several variations) or Company field:

   

   Filter by Company will display only those entries which match in the chosen Company field:

   

   Filter by Categories: Will display those entries that match the category you’ve chosen:

   

Note: the entries in my screenshots above, as well as the personal info page are made-up for the purposes of demonstration.
